MyFitnessPal is the #1 health and fitness tracking app worldwide. As creative director for the marketing team, our main objective was to get people engaged with the app, utilizing email, in-app messaging, paid and organic social. We created campaigns for product releases, trending market initiatives and brand awareness. I was fortunate to have a highly talented group of designers and writers whose work I championed.
In-App Plans:
To get users to engage in the app, we utilized plans to help guide them through steps to reach their health and fitness goals. These campaigns usually included in-app messages, email and organic social.
End of Year Review
We used BI to send personalized emails to our users, created an end of year rundown video to represent the stats, and made a brand video of interviews we conducted with our users about their 2023 wins.
